Kodi is in Alpha for the Xbox, Some limitation compared to other platforms, However NFS works great for your media that is stored on your network, I am using a Synology NAS. However NO SMB support currently. Plays full HD and 4K Movies no problem so far, NO bluray support, but not that important. Database picked up just fine, Add-ons available, Haven't tested them.
